Recently, EVN has worked with a delegation of the Government Office on connecting information from the Corporation to the Government Reporting Information System (GRIS). Through a review of the technical infrastructure, EVN can immediately meet the requirements for connecting to this system.
At the meeting, EVN’s Deputy General Director Mr. Vo Quang Lam requested the specialized departments and related units to urgently review the information contents that will be connected and provided to GRIS, including information on electricity system operation, power output, power consumption in 63 provinces and cities, the situation of power-saving, development of rooftop solar power, etc.

It is required by the Group’s leaders that the interface displaying information, method of presenting reports to GRIS must be intuitive and modern, priority is given to graphics and charts to compare information, serving the management and administration work of the Government and Ministries and Branches in the most convenient way.
The Group’s leaders also emphasized that EVN will actively work with the Government Office and the relevant functional units to ensure the operation of connecting to the System with the best technical status; provide the most useful information to the Government, the Prime Minister and State Management Agencies.
GRIS and the Information and the Center of Information, Direction and Management of the Government and Prime Minister are expected to be opened in July 2020. GRIS is built to connect with the reporting information systems of ministries, branches and localities, thereby forming the National Reporting Information System (NRIS).
