EVN supplies 100% of its power services at Level 4: Assessment and expectations
Vietnam Power officially announced its online power services at Level 4 (the highest level) on December 21st, 2018. The followings are the opinions of some experts, managers and the community on this issue.

Over the past years, EVN has been proactively innovating its business and customer services, bringing a lot of convenience and advantages to its customers in using power.
EVN's determination in innovation has been recognized and appreciated by many domestic and international organizations in term of the Group’s operations. Typically, Vietnam's access-tot-electricity index in 2018 rose to the 27th rank out of 190 countries and economies. The Group is considered as one of the leading state-owned enterprises (SOEs) in information transparency; being rated as "BB" credit by Fitch Ratings. Recently, EVN has been evaluated as "Vietnam's sustainably developing enterprise in 2018", etc.
Thanks to these successes, the image of EVN in the eyes of State leaders, the people and businesses are becoming more "friendly, professional and transparent".

EVN provides power services at Level 4 is an excellent news for 27.6 million power users throughout the country. From now on, to access electricity and make payment for power services, customers just need to use online services at any time, anywhere, thereby saving travel time for them.
This event also marks a new step of EVN in applying the achievements of Industrial Revolution 4.0 to its power production as well as business and implementing the Government's policy of modernizing public services, promoting construction of the digital economy, presenting the image of a state-owned economic group with the continent and world position.
For the time being, I undoubtedly give 9/10 score for EVN's services. If EVN continues its set-out motto, I do believe that the Group will receive the support of the whole community. As the fact that businesses’ considering customers as their center is the key to successes.

Currently, the Government highly attach the importance to reforming the business environment. In which, one of the decisive factors is the use of online public services. Although EVN is not a public service unit, the Group’s providing online power services at Level 4 is one of the absolutely positive innovations, supporting businesses and consumers in reducing time and costs in accessing power services. This example needs to be replicated to many other fields.
Up to now, I, as a power user, find many power payment services so convenient. I marked 9/10 for EVN's services and believe that the Group will execute further innovations and continue its sustainable and stable development.

The supply of online power service at Level 4 is a highly appreciable effort made by EVN. In this aspect, EVN is the leading unit. Online power service at Level 4 is an advanced one, requiring EVN to acquire opinions, respond, promptly conduct view-exchange and present accountable contents.
The provision of online power service at Level 4 by EVN will be a good experience for other units to learn from and follow. If EVN, as an SEO, achieves successes, it will be granted with deserving appraisal by the Government.
I also appreciate EVN's mindset change, from conventional power supply into online power services. The effort will reinforce EVN's position, at the same time promote other companies and corporations to perform such change, contributing to improving Vietnam's service sector.

EVN has been non-stop innovating itself, bringing the most convenient services to its customers.
Specifically, in recent years, online electricity payment has been performed, just a few clicks on the internet, the payment can be made without going to the power transaction office.
With the supply of online power service at Level 4, EVN has taken a new step ahead. EVN is always creative and proactive in connecting and cooperating with units and organizations such as Viettel and banks, etc., in order to provide reliable payment services to which advanced technologies are applied, enhancing the confidence of the power customers.
EVN has set goals, creating an ecosystem of power services in which all of its customers could participate. The Groups' desire is not only to meet all the customer’s requirements but also to become friendlier to customers, considering them as the beloved ones in its community and family. I believe that EVN, with these practices, will achieve success.

Power service at level 4:
- All services are provided in line with customers’ requirements, from the registration stage, result reception to complete (100%) payments performed online.
- Customers don’t have to visit any transaction office of the Power sector.
