At the ceremony, the Minister of Industry and Trade Mr. Tran Tuan Anh called on businesses to reinforce their positions and roles through the best fulfillment of their obligations to secure legitimate interests of consumers.

In execution of such a commitment, EVN has registered to perform a range of activities in response to the consumer right protection program such as: establishment of telephone exchanges, procedures for receiving and settling customers’ claims; publicizing the hotline, email addresses, facsimile numbers for customer care on websites of corporations, website of the program, website of the Quality Control Authority, etc.
EVN applies and complies with the “Claim receipt and settlement procedures” regulated by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. In addition, EVN carries out hanging banners, slogans on consumer right protection in March according to instructions given by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

EVN’s Vice President Mr. Nguyen Tai Anh said that EVN took part in signing commitment to the Ministry of Industry and Trade in the “Enterprises’ Actions for Customer 2017” program to demonstrate their responsibilities towards the society and electric consumers; as well as their pledge to comply with legal regulations in consumer right protection, satisfying customer’s needs in the best manner, contributing to development of a healthy and sustainable business and consumption environment.
