Ho Chi Minh City Golden Brand Award (HCMC Brand Award) is implemented under the direction of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee. Ho Chi Minh City Department of Industry and Trade and Saigon Economic Times are the direct executing agencies. The award aims to honor businesses that achieve excellent results in building and developing product and service brands.

In 2023, EVNHCMC implemented many solutions to ensure a safe and uninterrupted electricity supply to the City with power sales of 28.56 billion kWh, an increase of 5.15% compared to 2022 and reaching 102.8 % of the plan. Additionally, the City's electricity saving volume reached 634.36 million kWh, equivalent to 2.22% of the power sales and an increase of 14.3% compared to 2022.
EVNHCMC also implemented many solutions to improve production and business efficiency, electricity service quality, and customer service quality and brought many conveniences to citizens such as: handling 100% of all types of services online at level 4; non-cash electricity bill payment rate of approximately 100%; completing the installation of 100% of remote reading power meters and transferring electricity recording dates of all customers to a month-end date, creating favorable conditions for customers to monitor and pay electricity bills; stably operating of the 24/7 multi-channel customer service call center system.
In 2023, the system average interruption duration per customer (SAIDI) decreased to 15.2 minutes, and the system average interruption frequency per customer (SAIFI) decreased to 0.18 times; the power loss rate was 2.98%, 0.24% better than the assigned plan. Along with that, the Corporation continued promoting the application of information technology, perfecting the database to serve customers in a professional and modern way, aiming to form a customer–centric digital enterprise.
