The kindergarten consists of 03 classrooms, located on an area of 316m2, it is the learning space for more than 70 children in Long Hai commune.
According to Mr. To minh Duong - Deputy Chairman of Dong Hai District People’s Committee, with the support from EVNSPC, the new spacious kindergarten would replace the old one which was damaged and degraded, not ensuring the teaching and learning conditions. Thereby, it gradually contributed to improving the quality of teaching and learning at school branches in poor, coastal communes of Dong Hai district.
EVNSPC expressed the humanity, spirit of mutual support and affection, solidarity, sharing and assistance for Bac Lieu province in general and Dong Hai district in particular, making a significant contribution to promoting and ensuring social security.
Mr. Nguyen Van Hop - Chairman and General Director of EVNSPC said that the project represented for kind-heartedness of over 21 thousand staffs and employees of the Corporation given to people of Dong Hai district and the collective of teachers, pupils of Sao Mai Kindergarten.
Leaders of EVNSPC also hope the School Management Board to take over, manage and effectively use the work, thereby creating the best learning condition for children.
Also on this occasion, EVNSPC donated over 2,000 notebooks to Dong Hai District Education Department, providing additional support to poor students.
