Reported at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Duc - President and CEO of EVNSPC said: In 2022, EVNSPC ensured electricity supply to 21 southern provinces and cities with a high growth rate of commercial electricity. Commercial electricity output in 2022 is estimated at 83 billion kWh, up 8.59% compared to 2021 and 0.27% higher than the plan assigned by EVN.
Customer service continues to have strong innovation. EVNSPC completed all the targets of online transactions, level 4 services, electronic services, and development of customer transactions via App/Zalo/Email/SMS,... The ratio of electricity service requests received through the Customer Care Center, Public Administration Center, and Public Service reaches 100%. The rate of transactions signing power purchase and sale contracts by electronic method reaches 100%.

EVNSPC continues to reform administration, simplify procedures, and shorten power supply time for new customers, medium voltage grid power supply time is reduced to 2.56 days. The time to supply low-voltage grid power to residential customers living in cities/towns is 2.67 days, in rural areas is 3.1 days, and non - residential customers 3.4 days.
The reliability of the power supply in 2022 continues to be improved, reaching and exceeding the level assigned by EVN. Also in 2022, EVNSPC completed energizing several important projects such as Kien Binh - Phu Quoc 220kV power line (the longest 220kV overhead power line in Southeast Asia) 110kV substations such as Nam Phu Quoc, Long Son, Becamex, T3, Huu Thanh 2 and 110kV lines connecting to Tinh Bien 110kV substation, connecting to Long Son LSP,...
