Precisely, over the first two months in the year 2017, the power sales of the entire Corporation reached 8.92 billion kWh, increasing by 9.25% against the same period last year.
Over this February alone, the power sales of the Corporation amounted to 4.29 billion kWh; the saved electricity amount was 95 million kWh, rising by 5.2% in comparison with the same period last year.
Also during these two months, all the electricity supply reliability indicators of EVNSPC had achieved the assigned targets, namely the System Average Interruption Duration Index (SAIDI) was 92.23/209.5 minutes; the Momentary Average Interruption Frequency Index (MAIFI) was 0.01/0.33 times/customer; the System Average Interruption Frequency Index (SAIFI) was 0.39/1.12 times/customer.
So far, the Corporation has commenced construction of 5 out of 79 projects, completed 3 out of 69 110 kV network projects, and energized 18 distribution grid projects.
The Vice President of EVNSPC said that until the end of this March, EVNSPC will keep promoting their communication program on power conservation in provinces and performing their power saving programs, as well as will actively respond to the Earth Hour 2017 campaign; furthermore projects on constructing, rehabilitating and upgrading the power grid will be accelerated.
