Government strongly supports investors in completing 500kV circuit 3 transmission line project

That is the assertion of Comrade Tran Luu Quang - Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Prime Minister at the Emulation Launching Ceremony to build the 500kV circuit 3 transmission line from Quang Trach (Quang Binh) to Pho Noi (Hung Yen).

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang affirmed that the 500kV circuit 3 transmission line project from Quang Trach to Pho Noi is very important for socio-economic development, national defense and security, and the industrialization and modernization process of the country. Once completed, the project shall contribute to improving the transmission capacity of the North-South 500kV system, compensating for local power shortages in each region, especially ensuring power supply and energy security for the North in the coming years.

The Deputy Prime Minister also required the People's Committees of 9 provinces to carry out procedures for converting forest use purposes to qualify for foundation positions’ construction; maximum support to the investor and related units in compensation and site clearance, ensuring the handing over progress of the remaining foundation positions in February 2024 and the right-of-way in March 2024; pay special attention to taking care of the lives of resettled households, creating all conditions to make their lives better and better.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang affirmed that the Government, with its responsibility and affection, within the scope of assigned tasks and powers, shall strongly support investors to complete this vital project, while creating all conditions and contributions to the 9 provinces to develop faster, more comprehensively, positively contributing to the development of the Northern, Central, the Southern, and the whole country.
