Participating in the working group was the General Director of the National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT) Pham Le Phu, leaders of professional departments of EVN, EVNNPT, and the Northern Power Project Management Board (NPMB - under EVNNPT).
The EVN delegation inspected location 214 (Quynh Phu district), locations 194, 192, and 190A (Hung Ha district).
EVN’s Vice President Pham Hong Phuong emphasized that EVNNPT and NPMB must direct contractors to focus resources and arrange proper human resources to deploy the construction with 3 shifts, 4 crews, 24/7, to speed up the construction progress. Contractors and supervisory consultants must work together in harmony, with absolutely no delay. All relevant parties must take advantage of every hour and every minute to urgently execute the project.
Leaders of EVN and EVNNPT inspect construction progress of position 190A of 500kV transmission line project from Nam Dinh I TPP - Pho Noi, section through Thai Binh province
Nam Dinh I TPP - Pho Noi 500kV transmission line project includes two circuits, about 127km long. The line route passes through 4 provinces Nam Dinh, Thai Binh, Hai Duong, and Hung Yen, having 334 tower foundation positions.
In particular, the line section in Thai Binh province is about 38.34km long and has 107 tower foundation positions, located in the districts of Vu Thu (34 positions), Dong Hung (21 positions), Hung Ha (28 positions), Quynh Phu (24 positions).
Up to now, Thai Binh province has handed over the site of 107/107 foundation positions to contractors, however, the People's Committees of the districts have not approved compensation and support plans. Of the 47 anchorage distances, 36/47 are eligible to be handed over to construction contractors, while the remaining 11 anchorage distances with 79 plots of land, houses, and works must be cleared.
Regarding construction, contractors have been constructing temporary roads, leveling construction sites, and carrying out foundation excavation and casting at 72/107 foundation positions. In particular, in many pile foundation positions, there need to build temporary roads, borrow roads, borrow construction land from localities and local households to level, create construction ground, and transport materials, heavy construction machinery, and equipment to the construction site.
The EVN leader also requested EVNNPT and NPMB to coordinate closely with local authorities to communicate and mobilize people to obtain their agreement on lending roads and land, creating favorable conditions for the construction contractors to carry out their construction activities. At the same time, they should keep closely working with local authorities to promptly complete the handover of the right-of-way site in Thai Binh province.
