The program applies to both new electricity supply and increase of capacity. Customers will not have to arrange finance for constructing their substations.
Within 24 hours from the time of registration, staff of the Power Company in the area will directly contact the customer and carry out a site survey. In case the distribution grid is overloaded or due to objective reasons, the power supply cannot be guaranteed, the customer and the Power Company will work together to solve the problem.
The program aims to improve the quality of customer services, reduce paperwork, save time and costs for customers having electricity needs.
In addition, through this program, EVNHANOI would like to promote electronic services, encourage customers to register for electricity services on digital platforms to increase accuracy, reliability, while saving time and costs for customers.
Previously, according to the Power Development Management Regulation in Hanoi City (according to Decision No. 11/2018/QD-UBND), the investor of the construction project having a total demand for using electricity with a capacity of 80 kW or more is responsible for arranging land for construction of medium voltage lines and substations for electricity supply.
