EVNNPC has carried out many communication activities on safe and effective use of electricity in the first quarter of 2021
In the first 3 months of 2021, the whole Corporation received 65,948 requests for electricity services from customers through the National Public Service Portal, approximately 61% of the total number of requests were for electricity services; 96,556 requests were received and dealt with in an electronical manner, reaching 94.5%.
The power sales of the Corporation in the first quarter of 2021 is nearly 17.5 billion kWh, an increase of 7.99% over the same period in 2020; in which the construction and industry sector accounts for 66.07%.
In the first quarter of 2021, all 14 customer service indexes of the Corporation are satisfactorily met in accordance with regulations; the estimated realized power loss rate is 4.44%, down 0.34% over the same period in 2020.
Accumulated to the end of March 2021, EVNNPC has renovated and operated 214 unmanned 110 kV substations out of a total of 270 substations in operation, improving the efficiency of grid operation and increasing the labor productivity.
Currently, the Corporation is ready to ensure stable power supply in the hot season, safe power supply for the Hung Kings Ancestral Festival and the public holiday during April 30 to May 1, etc.
