The inauguration activity took place within the framework of the launching ceremony of the Central-level "Pink Holiday" Youth Volunteer Campaign in 2024, organized by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central.

The scale of lighting work includes installing 36 solar lamp posts, chaired by the Youth Union of EVNSPC, and constructed by youth union members of Binh Phuoc Power Company. The work is worth VND 80 million.
The work uses solar lighting to help save operating costs and be environmentally friendly. The work was put into operation in Hamlet 5, An Khuong commune, Hon Quan district, Binh Phuoc province, practically serving the traffic and travel needs of people here more conveniently and contributing to ensuring security at night, joining hands to build new rural areas in the locality.
The “Lighting up country roads” work is also an activity of EVN's youth towards celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Vietnam Power Industry’s Traditional Day.
