Circular No. 12/2024/TT-BCT consists of 10 Articles, effective from August 1, 2024.
Specifically, Article 1 amends and supplements a number of contents specified in Circular No. 45/2018/TT-BCT dated November 15, 2018, regulating the operation of the competitive wholesale electricity market and amends and supplements a number of articles of Circular No. 56/2014/TT-BCT dated December 19, 2014, regulating the method of determining electricity generation prices and the procedure for checking electricity purchase and sale contracts.
Article 2, amends and supplements a number of contents of Circular No. 40/2014/TT-BCT dated November 5, 2014, regulating the national power system dispatching process.
Article 3, amends and supplements a number of contents of Circular No. 23/2017/TT-BCT dated November 16, 2017, regulating the content and order of implementing power load adjustment programs.
Article 4, amending and supplementing a number of contents of Circular No. 25/2016/TT-BCT dated November 30, 2016, of MOIT regulating the power transmission system.
Article 5, amending and supplementing a number of contents of Circular No. 22/2017-TT/BCT dated October 23, 2017, regulating the black start and restoration of the national power system.
Article 6, amending and supplementing a number of contents of Circular No. 34/2011/TT-BCT dated September 7, 2011, regulating the preparation and implementation of power supply plans when the national power system lacks electricity.
Article 7, amending Clause 6, Article 1 of Circular No. 39/2022/TT-BCT amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 25/2016/TT-BCT dated November 30, 2016, regulating the power transmission system, Circular No. 39/2015/TT-BCT dated November 18, 2015 regulating the power distribution system and Circular No. 30/2019/TT-BCT dated November 18, 2019, amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 25/2016/TT-BCT dated November 30, 2016 regulating the power transmission system and Circular No. 39/2015/TT-BCT dated November 18, 2015, of MOIT regulating the power distribution system.
Article 8, amending and supplementing a number of contents of Circular No. 46/2018/TT-BCT dated November 15, 2018, of the Minister of Industry and Trade amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 21/2015/TT-BCT dated June 23, 2015, of MOIT regulating the method of determining the price of auxiliary services for the power system, the procedure for checking contracts for providing auxiliary services for the power system.
Article 9, replacing and abolishing a number of phrases, points and clauses of Circular No. 45/2018/TT-BCT, Circular No. 24/2019/TT-BCT, Circular No. 22/2017/TT-BCT, Circular No. 34/2011/TT-BCT and Circular No. 25/2016/TT-BCT.
