Decision No. 21/QD-BCT comes into effect on January 7, 2023.
This price bracket will be the legal basis for Vietnam Electricity and transitional solar and wind power generators specified at Point b, Clause 2, Article 1 of Circular No. 15/2022/TT-BCT to negotiate electricity generation prices.
These ceiling prices do not include value-added taxes.
