Affixing name board for rooftop solar power work at Homeless Shelter Center in Dong Ha City
The capacity of the rooftop solar power system installed for Homeless Shelter Center in Dong Ha City is 4.32kWp, with the average power output of 18kWh/day. The system is designed and installed by the Central Power Electronic Measurement Equipment Manufacturing Center.
The total investment value of the whole system is VND 120 million, funded by the support capital of the Central Power Corporation. This is the first rooftop solar power work to be put into operation in Quang Tri province, contributing to create an on-site renewable energy power source, reducing tension on the grid power system.
At the cremony for receiving the rooftop solar power system, Mr. Ngo Quang Manh - Deputy Director of Homeless Shelter Center in Dong Ha City expressed his happiness: With solar power supplied, the center will be proactive in power source used for the children’s learning, playing and living activities and reducing the burden of monthly electricity bill payment as well.
