49MWp Se San 4 Solar Power Project is located in Ia Toi commune, Ia H'Drai district, Kon Tum province. It is invested by Vietnam Electricity, and represented by Power Project Management Board 2. The completed project is expected to deliver an annual average output of 72.4 million kWh.
PV cell arrays at Se San 4 Solar Power Plant Project are being installed and assembled. 85% of the total volume has been completed.
By the end of 20 August 2020, the key equipment had been essentially delivered to the site and was being installed. Leveling work and installation of 13 inverter stations had been completed. The pile system for PV cell arrays was basically completed. 1,163 out of 1,364 PV modules had been installed, reaching 85% of the volume.
Construction units are urgently completing their work on expansion of the 220kV transformer substation, closely following the project's power generation target, specifically: Construction of the control house has been basically completed and equipment installation is underway; Installation of the transformer and of its accessories on the transformer has been completed including bushings, radiators, conservator, cooling fans. Transformer oil has been filtered; installation of steel structures, primary circuit devices (such as circuit breakers, isolators, voltage transformers, current transformers, etc.) in the outdoor distribution yard and connection of the extension busbars to the expansion bay has been completed.
The substation and the distribution yard have been basically completed, ready to receive electricity from Se San 4 Solar Power Plant.
Some remaining works such as completion of control and protection systems, SCADA, fire protection system, registration procedures for energizing new works, etc. are being carried out coordinately by the contractor, PMB and related parties by September 2020, to meet the project's power generation target.
