Tri An Hydropower Company completed its power generation plan in 2020

In 2020, the Company had operated Tri An Hydropower Plant in compliance with the mobilization mode of the dispatching levels, ensured a high availability of the Plant to take advantage of the water inflow to the reservoir. As a result, power generation in 2020 reached 1,349.5 million kWh (production assigned by the plan was 1,349 million kWh), Director of Tri An Hydropower Company Vo Tan Nhan said.

For the whole period 2016-2020, the power production of the Company reached 8,675 billion kWh, equal to 104.85% of the assigned plan. All the targets, namely energy consumed to generate electricity, plant's availability, plant’s downtime caused by failure and plant’s downtime for maintenance, are equal or better than those assigned by efficiency. In 2021, the Company will continue to coordinate with the National Load Dispatch Center and localities in regulating water flow so that to get the most efficient use of water resources in power generation and water supply to downstream areas, Mr. Vo Tan Nhan added.
