Reporting at the conference, EVNICT Director Nguyen Minh Khiem said that in 2020, EVNICT had successfully completed the tasks of operating, exploiting and troubleshooting the system of separate-use telecommunications equipment assigned by EVN, ensuring the provision of transmission channels and well serving the power management and production of EVN; completed 100% of the target assigned by the Group. EVNICT has also quickly and promptly provided 644 transmission channels for production management to units in EVN. The on-spot duty of operation, operation, troubleshooting for separate-use telecommunications, system maintenance, and testing of transmission channels were implemented fully and in accordance with regulations.
Last year, the IT infrastructure systems were operated stably and smoothly; completed 100% of the target assigned by the Group. At the same time, the company also carried out duties on security and privacy. In which, EVNICT has operated safely, ensuring quality for 713 meetings and online conferences for EVN's production management, on average 59 meetings/month (up to 31.5% compared to that in 2019. ). In particular, performed safe, smooth operation, quality assurance for EVN’s meetings during the social distancing to prevent COVID-19 pandemic.
For shared software in EVN, during the year, the company has operated to ensure 100% of the assigned targets by EVN, without failures in building to the system.
Currently, EVNICT is, on behalf of EVN, managing 16 shared software systems divided into two main groups: Group of management softwares and group of specialized softwares (revolving about 7 core systems including: ERP, CMIS 3.0, IMIS, PMIS, HRMS, E-Office, EVNHES).
Regarding automation, EVNICT continues to coordinate with other units in the sector to implement activities and projects related to SCADA system, improve/integrate the control system, and control control center, etc. EVNICT has contributed with other units to bring advanced science, technology and softwares into operation so as to increase productivity and quality of supervision and operation of plants and substations, and so on.
With the drastic direction by the Group and the collective efforts of EVNICT, by 2020, EVNICT is one of the few enterprises praised by the Government for having good achievements in building the National Public Service Portal; is one of 9 collectives of EVN to receive the Emulation Flag of the Commission for the Management of State Capital at Enterprises (CMSC). the company was honored with Top 10 Vietnamese IT enterprises providing digital transformation services and solutions; Top 10 IT enterprises providing digital transformation platforms; won the Sao Khue award with "Software solution for providing electricity services by e-transaction method”.
