Entering the 2025-2030 term, Congress set four major goals. Firstly, to build a strong and comprehensive trade union organization, serving as a solid support for workers and a reliable bridge between the Party and the workers. Secondly, to care for, represent, and protect the legitimate rights of workers; to continuously improve the employment, income, living conditions, and working environment of union members and workers. Thirdly, to innovate, create, and digitally transform trade union activities. Fourthly, to participate in building the Party and developing Vietnam Electricity sustainably.

To achieve these goals, the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union has identified two breakthroughs. Firstly, building a team of capable, dedicated, and reputable trade union officials. Secondly, strengthening the application of science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation in trade union activities. Along with this are nine key solutions, fundamental and closely aligned with practical operations and future forecasts, which are crucial to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 7th Congress.
Maintaining and spreading the "flame of faith".
