The event was attended by Mr. Ta Dinh Thi, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology, and Environment and Vice President of the Vietnam-Belgium Parliamentary Friendship Group.
Also in attendance were representatives from various embassies, the World Bank, leaders of domestic and international banks and financial institutions, as well as EVN’s partners.

In 2024, EVN made remarkable progress. The corporation ensured a stable electricity supply despite extreme weather conditions and a significant increase in energy demand. It also advanced renewable energy projects and invested in key infrastructure developments. Notably, EVN completed the third 500kV Circuit Transmission Line in just over six months, finished the Ialy Hydropower Plant Expansion project ahead of schedule, and ensured the timely progress of the Hoa Binh Hydropower Plant Expansion project and the Quang Trach I Thermal Power Plant.
On the digital transformation journey, EVN achieved significant milestones, providing 100% Level-4 online electricity services and integrating with the National Population Database. EVN's digital ecosystem has not only enhanced customer convenience but also optimized and improved the corporation’s operational efficiency.
On the international stage, extensive partnerships have remained a strong foundation for EVN's development. The corporation has strengthened its collaboration with globally renowned organizations, successfully mobilized crucial resources and financing for key power projects, and advanced cooperation in energy transition initiatives.

Meanwhile, digital transformation and the adoption of cutting-edge technologies will drive profound changes in the sector.
