EVN Vice President Ngo Son Hai meets with Sichuan Detaike Technology Co., Ltd. (China)

On May 27 in Hanoi, Mr. Ngo Son Hai – Vice President of Vietnam Electricity (EVN) – held a working session with the delegation from Sichuan Detaike Technology Co., Ltd. (China) to discuss the potential for cooperation in the application of flue gas treatment technologies for coal-fired boilers.
The delegation from Chengdu Detaike Science and Technology Co., Ltd. was led by Mr. Min Guang Vinh – President and CEO, accompanied by Mr. Yang Dong – Vice President, along with a team of technical experts and the company’s representative in Vietnam.
During the meeting, the company presented its core competencies and business activities in the field of flue gas treatment for coal-fired boiler systems in the Chinese market. Mr. Min Guang Vinh expressed the company’s desire to cooperate with EVN in implementing these technologies at thermal power plants in Vietnam, especially in light of the country’s accelerating energy transition.

On behalf of EVN, Vice President Ngo Son Hai expressed appreciation for the proposals from Chengdu Detaike. He assigned EVN’s technical departments to continue working with the company to study the proposed solutions in detail and assess the feasibility of future cooperation.
