During the meeting, Ms. Lee JiHyang shared the company’s development vision, international experience, and strategic direction for technological transformation in the field of power plant control, operation, and automation. Emerson representatives introduced their integrated automation solutions, which are widely implemented in major markets such as the United States, South Korea, and China. These solutions aim to enable remote, flexible operations and enhance the security of industrial control systems.

Ms. Lee JiHyang expressed Emerson’s desire to partner with EVN in modernizing control systems at power plants, through the sharing of technologies, international operational experience, and the provision of solutions tailored to Vietnam's operating conditions.

On EVN’s side, Vice President Nguyen Tai Anh acknowledged Emerson’s strong technological capabilities and practical experience in developed markets and welcomed the company’s cooperative spirit.

EVN leadership emphasized that operational efficiency, long-term reliability, and the quality of technical services throughout the product lifecycle are key criteria in technology selection. These are essential for EVN to evaluate the capabilities of potential partners comprehensively and to identify the most suitable solutions for the development needs of the national power system.

Both parties agreed to maintain ongoing dialogue and explore opportunities for cooperation in areas aligned with EVN’s future development goals.
