The signing ceremony was attended by EVN's senior leadership, including Mr. Dang Hoang An, Chairman of the Board; Mr. Dinh The Phuc, Member of the Board; Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, President and CEO; and Mr. Pham Le Phu, Vice President, together with representatives from the Group's functional departments.

MobiFone was represented at the ceremony by its senior leadership, including Major General Truong Son Lam, Chairman of the Board; Mr. Tran Duc Thanh, Acting General Director; and Lieutenant Colonel Vinh Tuan Bao, Deputy General Director.

According to the agreement, EVN and MobiFone plan to focus their cooperation on six key areas: telecommunications services and data infrastructure; information security and safety; shared use of technical and telecommunications infrastructure; research on technology and platform solutions; smart energy and infrastructure; governance and policy improvement.

Delivering remarks at the ceremony, Mr. Dang Hoang An affirmed that the signing of the cooperation agreement with MobiFone is an important event in the context of EVN's efforts towards the goal of being among the top 500 largest companies in the world by 2030. With the management of a massive data source from over 32.6 million customers nationwide, EVN urgently needs the support of a telecommunications partner with strong technological capabilities like MobiFone.

EVN leaders expect this cooperation to maximize the strengths of both sides, especially in building big data systems, enhancing security, and developing specialized digital services. Mr. Dang Hoang An emphasized that the signing ceremony is just the beginning; the two units need to urgently implement specific projects to create tangible products, measure business effectiveness, optimize resources for each side, and contribute to the digital transformation process of state-owned enterprises.

The signing ceremony marks a significant milestone in the cooperation between EVN and MobiFone. This cooperation agreement will not only remain a guideline but will soon be realized through specific programs and projects, contributing to improving the performance of each party, while also making a positive contribution to the digital transformation, green transformation, development of digital infrastructure and energy infrastructure of the country, realizing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on the development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation.
