Delegates performing inauguration ceremony for Long Thanh Airport 110kV substation and connection power lines.
The substation is designed to meet the standards for an unmanned 110kV substation as stipulated by EVNSPC. The entire monitoring and control system is digitized and remotely controlled via SCADA (remote control) and complies with the international IEC 61850 protocol. This system allows for real-time monitoring of equipment status, ensuring the highest level of power supply reliability.
Prior to the inauguration, the unit coordinated with the Airports Corporation of Vietnam to successfully connect to the 22kV lines, officially integrating the internal distribution system of Long Thanh Airport into the national power grid. This marks an important completion of the airport's power supply infrastructure, ensuring the energy supply for the trial run of the entire terminal and air traffic control tower system for the technical flight event on December 19th.
