On October 25, 2024, the Provincial Party Standing Committee issued Resolution No. 188 on implementing a support program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses for people with meritorious services to the revolution, policy families, poor households, near-poor households, and residents affected by natural disasters and climate change in the province. The goal is to support 2,472 households (including constructing 951 new houses and repairing 1,521 houses).

Responding to the province’s launch ceremony and appeal letter, Mr. Phạm Ngọc Minh – Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of Lang Son Power Company – represented the Northern Power Corporation in providing funding for the construction of five houses.

Through this donation, the Northern Power Corporation in general, and Lang Son Power Company in particular, hope to contribute a small part to help disadvantaged individuals secure stable housing, enabling them to improve their lives. This initiative also reaffirms the role of the power industry in working alongside local authorities to carry out social welfare activities in the area.
