16:27, 15/01/2025
On January 13, Vinh Tan 4 Thermal Power Plant held a conference to review the Party, professional, and Trade Union work in 2024, and deploy tasks in 2025.
In 2024, the plant was dispatched to the grid at a low load, continuously reducing the load to a capacity of 240 - 400MW to prioritize renewable energy sources in the system during noon hours. The total electricity generation output of the plant in 2024 was more than 8.64 billion kWh, equivalent to 77% of the plan assigned by EVN at the beginning of the year. After more than 6 years of operation, the plant has generated more than 50 billion kWh, making an important contribution to ensuring national energy security.
