The General Director of Marubeni Group thanked the thoughtful/warm reception of/by EVN leaders and expressed his pleasure at the strong and close cooperation relationship of the 2 Groups over the past years.
Mr. Masumi Kakinoki expressed his desire/wish/expectation to continue accompanying /to further accompany with EVN in developing new power source projects, especially renewable energy.

Chairman of EVN’s Member Council/ Mr. Duong Quang Thanh highly appreciated effective support and cooperation made by Marubeni Group over the past time/period and congratulated the Group on completing projects by EPC contracts (in the form of EPC contracts) in Vietnam. EVN leaders affirmed that the EVN is ready to cooperate with Marubeni towards the goal of building the strong and sustainable industry of Vietnam Electricity.
In recent years, Marubeni and EVN have cooperated in implementing some important coal thermal power projects such as Nghi Son 1 Thermal Power Plant and Thai Binh 1 Thermal Power Plant. These plants have been completed and put into stable operation.
