The delegation was composed of Ms. Victoria Ossadnik - Member of the Board of Directors of E.ON Group, CEO and President of E.ON Digital Technology; Mr. Sebastian Weber - E.ON Group Chief Technology Officer cum CEO - E.ON Digital Technology; and leaders of companies of E.ON Group and FPT Software.

According to Ms. Victoria Ossadnik, E.ON Group is the largest energy and public service group in Germany and Europe. E.ON has a history of more than 100 years and is operating in more than 30 countries.
E.ON has extensive experience in digital technology and cybersecurity areas in many different countries and continents. Currently, E.ON Group has been driving to develop its operations in Asia, including Vietnam. Ms. Victoria Ossadnik hoped that E.ON and EVN would have the opportunity to cooperate in energy and information technology areas.
Ms. Victoria Ossadnik expected that EVN would create favorable conditions for the parties to exchange practical cybersecurity related lessons that E.ON and EVN have encountered, in order to jointly find effective solutions to mitigate risks, ensure safety and security for the power system.
EVN’s Vice President Vo Quang Lam sincerely thanked E.ON for their interest in the energy sector in Vietnam. The leader of EVN also expressed his expectation that the two parties will have chances to keep on exchanging, sharing and supporting each other in the coming time.

Talking about the digital transformation process of EVN, Mr. Vo Quang Lam said that Vietnam Electricity has achieved many accomplishments. Currently, EVN has been implementing more solutions towards becoming a digital enterprise by 2025.
At the meeting, the two parties exchanged such information as: Vietnam's power system; EVN's digital transformation process; E.ON Group's activities in the energy sector; the trend, the future of the power sector in the context of increasing electricity demand; smart grid solutions, etc.
