Accordingly, from now until December 20, 2016 all customers who signed contracts to use electricity with the Corporation in Ho Chi Minh City are entitled to participate in the contest of “Exploring the Customer Appreciation Month – December 2016” and “Lucky Customer 2016” program.
In the contest “Exploring the Customer Appreciation Month – December 2016”, the customers who access the Customer Care website of the Corporation and have three correct answers to the multiple-choice questions of the programme will be entitled to receive lottery prize codes. There will be 100 prizes worth VND 500,000 each.
In addition to the contest “Exploring the Customer Appreciation Month – December 2016”, customers can also participate in the “Lucky Customer 2016” program by dialing 1900 545454 to the EVNHCMC Customer Care Center to receive the lottery prize code. EVNHCMC will also award 100 prizes worth VND 500,000 each in this program.
The lottery winning results will be informed by EVNHCMC via customer phone numbers in SMS and uploaded on the Corporation's website (http://www.hcmpc.com.vn) and customer care website (http://www.cskh.hcmpc.vn).
The spinning for prizes will be held before December 31, 2016 at the Ho Chi Minh City Power Corporation under the witness of functional agencies.
