Switchboard operators at the Customer Care Center of EVNSPC
After nearly one year of operation, the online power services are proved to be convenient for customers.
With only one computer or phone with Internet connection, customers can directly access the website of EVNSPC’s Customer Care Center to register the power service. Then, the Electricity Agency will actively contact customers.
In the past time, the Center has upgraded the mobile version of Customer Care application, including the feature of online electricity service receipt.
With a large number of customers using smartphones nowadays, including in the rural areas, EVNSPC’s Customer Care Center expects that this application will facilitate the customers to access the services of the power industry.
In parallel with the receipt of the online power services, in the first nine months of 2018, EVNSPC’s Customer Service Center received more than 1.42 million calls requesting the power services, increasing by 24.5% compared to the same period in 2017. The inquiries from customers have been answered promptly by traders.
