In 2021, the electricity output of Hoa Binh Hydropower Company reached 7.961 billion kWh, reaching nearly 101% of the adjusted plan. The project is fully implemented with status monitoring contents. The monitoring results were assessed as safe, stable, and qualified for operation according to the inter-reservoir process in the Red River basin by the competent authorities and the Science and Technology Advisory Council on the safety of the hydropower system on the Da river cascade
The company always implements the correct method of unit and capacity mobilizing; meets the requirements of maintaining the stable operation of the power system. In 2021, there is no downtime; the technical and operational indicators are all achieved and better than the assigned plan.

In 2022, Hoa Binh Hydropower Company will continue to operate the project safely and effectively, ensure the safety of dams and reservoirs, regulate and exploit optimally water sources for power generation and downstream water use needs, timely store water to prepare for the dry season, etc.

Some specific tasks were assigned to the company by EVN's leaders such as Completing the connection of monitoring and control signals of equipment in the production line to the DCS system; exploiting the most effective application of digital technology in management; strengthening training and fostering management capacity for staff; vocational train when rearranging labor; train to improve mastery of science and technology, newly upgraded equipment for technical forces; continue to complete the RCM planning and repairing, etc.
