In particular, power companies have supplied electricity to 247,001 residential consumers in cities or towns within the average time of 2.09 days, or 0.91 days ahead of the time regulated by EVN (3 days).
In rural areas, 400,502 customers were supplied with residential electricity within 2.71 days on average, or 2.29 days less than EVN’s requirement (5 days).
EVN has supplied electricity to 142,904 non – residential consumers within the average time of 2.91 days (in comparison with 5 days as regulated).
Also in the first eight months of 2017, power corporations provided electricity to 8,570 customers connected to medium voltage grid. The average processing time of the power sector was only 4.8 days, 2.2 days before the regulated timeframe of EVN.
During the recent time, power corporations and companies have pushed up science and technology applications to improve the quality of customer service, provide online electrical services, actively contact to customers for service provision, etc.
Power companies also actively worked with the local authorities to simplify procedures, to serve customers in a quicker and more efficient manner.
EVN’s performance results of standard time for some customer services in the first eight months of 2017:
- Service of power supply recovery after incidents within 2 hours: 99.27%;
- Notice of non - emergency power supply interruption: 99.6%;
- Notice of emergency power supply interruption: 100%;
- Replacement of switching equipment on low voltage grids within one day: 100%;
- Replacement of switching equipment on medium voltage grids within three days: 99.91% ...
