The Official dispatch was sent to the Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committees and chairmen of the People's Committee of the provinces: Quang Binh, Ha Tinh, Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Ninh Binh, Nam Dinh, Thai Binh, Hai Duong, Hung Yen; First Secretary of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee (HCYUCC); Chairman of Board; President and CEO of Vietnam Electricity, National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT).
The dispatch clearly stated that in recent times, in order to concentrate highly on construction work and strive to complete the project of the 500kV circuit-3 transmission line (the Project), from Quang Trach to Pho Noi, before June 30, 2024, Vietnam Electricity and EVNNPT. have mobilized nearly 10,000 officers, engineers, and workers to work "3 shifts, 4 crews", "through holidays, through Tet holidays" at the construction sites in 9 provinces having lines passing through.
Highly skilled forces of EVNNPTC supporting erecting pole construction force for Project
Implementing the Prime Minister's direction, with the spirit of striving and the highest determination to complete the project, in recent days, Vietnam Electricity and EVNNPT have continued maximum mobilization of pioneering teams - elite forces of Power Corporations with more than 1,500 officers, engineers, and highly-skilled workers to support and help construction forces on construction sites; mobilize support forces from Groups and Corporations such as Vietnam Oil and Gas Group, Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group, Military Industry, and Telecommunications Group to further accelerate construction progress during the sprint phase of the project.
To ensure support for logistics and construction work, ensuring that officers, engineers, workers, and laborers on construction sites have favorable conditions to focus on work and strive to complete the project following the proposed progress, is requested by the Prime Minister:
Secretaries of Provincial Party Committees and Chairmen of Provincial People's Committees direct local authorities and relevant agencies to mobilize available resources, provide maximum support, and create all conditions for investors, contractors, and construction units to best organize logistics, food, accommodation, activities, and travel to ensure convenience, hygiene, safety, and good health for officers, engineers, workers, and labors, especially newly-mobilized forces.
Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committees of the provinces and HCYUCC shall direct the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union organizations in the localities where the lines pass through to coordinate closely with investors, and the construction units to mobilize youth union members at all levels, promote the pioneering spirit and the youth of Vietnam, to implement the task "youth appear always at any place in need and in difficulty" to organize public service activities, participate in construction projects, create a new atmosphere, enthusiastic working and production movement, speed up progress, and early complete the Project and important infrastructure projects across the country.
The Prime Minister also requested the Vietnam Electricity and EVNNPT to command forces and organize construction reasonably, scientifically, and effectively, avoiding overlapping; regularly inspect and supervise the construction site, ensuring progress and quality of the project; coordinate well with local authorities and police at all levels to ensure security, order, and safety in construction areas; ensure labor safety and environmental hygiene on the construction site.
