Presenting the report to the National Assembly’s delegation, Mr. Duong Thanh Tuyen - Party Committee Secretary, Director of Tuyen Quang Hydro-power Company said that the company always excellently accomplishes the missions assigned by the Vietnam Electricity (EVN). The power output reaches and surpasses the planned targets; participating in supplying water for agricultural production in the provinces of the Midlands and Northern Delta as well as preventing flooding for the downstream.
In the year 2017 alone, the Tuyen Quang Hydro-power Plant generated over 1,5 billion kWh, accounting for 130,7% of the planned capacity assigned by EVN. This has been the highest power output since the Plant came into operation until now.
Synchronously, annually, the company makes a considerable contribution to the budget of Tuyen Quang province as well as participating in social security in the province. In 2017, the company was awarded the Third Class Labour Medal for the excellent achievements made by the company in business-production activities, contributing to the development of socialism and national protection.

Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Tong Thi Phong was delighted with the achievements attained by Tuyen Quang Hydro-Power Company and wished the unit to further consolidate, make efforts to operate the Plant safely, efficiently, contributing to accomplishing any missions assigned to EVN by the National Assembly, the Government, as well as contributing to better developing Tuyen Quang Province.
