In the first phase (from November 11 to 15, 2025), the Corporation mobilized workforces from affiliated units to the communes of Phu Mo, Dong Xuan (Dak Lak), De Gi (Gia Lai), and Duc Pho ward, Sa Huynh ward (Quang Ngai) to assist with sanitation and rearrangement; inspecting and replacing equipment and electrical systems at 7 flooded school locations; and supporting electrical repairs for health stations, communes/wards, and difficult households.
Concurrently, the working delegations presented 10,000 notebooks, 1,000 pens, provided funding to repair schools and classrooms, and awarded 160 scholarships (valued at 500,000 VND/scholarship) to disadvantaged students, presented 800 gifts (1 million VND/gift) to severely affected households, and supported housing repair costs for 10 households with ripped-off roofs and badly damaged houses.
In Song Cau ward (Dak Lak), the working delegation from Buon Kuop Hydropower Company, in coordination with Dak Lak Power Company, focused on remedying damaged low-voltage power lines and repairing indoor electricity, helping residents in the ward quickly get electricity back. The total support cost in Phase 1 was over VND 1.625 billion.
In the second phase (from November 25 to November 29, 2025), the Corporation continued to organize working delegations to directly visit and present gifts to disadvantaged families whose houses were deeply flooded and severely damaged by floods in Tuy Phuoc Dong commune (Gia Lai), Hoa Xuan and Hoa Thinh communes (Dak Lak), and D'Ran commune (Lam Dong), including 800 gifts comprising cash (500,000 VND/gift) and necessities, medical supplies, blankets, and waterproof clothing; supported 200 crates of 0.5-liter drinking water and 1,000 20-liter water jugs produced and transported by Ba Ria Thermal Power Joint Stock Company to the localities.
In these localities, the working delegations also installed 350 sets of solar-powered lights, donated 16 generators, and other necessary items; repaired electricity for over 200 families in heavily flooded communes whose indoor electrical systems were damaged. They actively supported residents in cleaning houses, schools, medical stations, etc. The total support amount for Phase 2 was over VND 2.4 billion.
Also during this time, the Corporation's member units and affiliated companies (Phu My Thermal Power Company, EPS Company, Buon Kuop Hydropower Company, Ba Ria Thermal Power Joint Stock Company, Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company, Se San 3A Power Investment and Development Joint Stock Company) also organized campaigns to mobilize donations from employees and presented them to Dak Lak, Gia Lai, and Lam Dong provinces with a total amount of nearly VND 2 billion.
In addition, EVNGENCO3 representatives also directly visited and presented VND 1 billion to the Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC) to encourage field teams and presented VND 50 million to Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company to support its employees in overcoming flood damage.
