In Tong Trong village, Tram Tau commune, the EVNNPC Youth Union donated the "Lighting Up Rural Roads" project, installing 15 solar-powered streetlights along a 1km stretch of the main road, worth approximately VND100 million, contributing to improving the transportation and living conditions of local residents.

Also in this area, the delegation handed over approximately VND145 million in funding to support the "Road to School for My Younger Siblings" project on a 1km stretch of road, making the journey to school easier for students, especially during the rainy season.

Within the framework of the program hosted by the Hanoi City Police, many welfare activities also took place, such as donating 43 gift packages to Tong Trong Kindergarten (Tram Tau commune), including school supplies, warm clothes, and school bags, worth over VND 20 million. At other educational institutions in the commune, including Bong Sen Kindergarten (Pa Te village), Hoa Phuong Kindergarten (Pha Hu and Ta Tau branches), Hoa Dao Kindergarten (Pa Lau village), Hoa Ban Kindergarten (Tau Duoi village), and Pa Lau Ethnic Boarding Primary & Secondary School, a total of approximately 300 gift packages, worth about VND 180 million, were distributed.
