The project's objective is to supply clean power from renewable energy sources to the national power system, contributing to ensuring national energy security, ensuring power sources to serve the socio-economic development needs of Gia Lai province, and reducing power losses in the power transmission system.

The project consists of a designed capacity of 750MW, an annual power output of about 2.8 billion kWh/year, and provides a voltage connected to the national grid of 220kV.

The project investment location in communes and wards, including: Phu My Dong, Phu My Bac, Phu My Tay, Binh Duong, Ngo May, Cat Tien, Tuy Phuoc Dong, and Quy Nhon Dong of Gia Lai province. According to the Decision, the project will be completed and put into operation by the fourth quarter of 2029 at the latest.
