The appointment decision was officially announced on the morning of 23 February in Hanoi.

On behalf of EVNNPT’s leadership, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Tung, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the EVNNPT Board of Directors, presented the appointment decision and congratulated Mr. Hoang Xuan Khoi on his new position.

EVNNPT’s leadership highly appreciated Mr. Hoang Xuan Khoi’s capabilities, noting his extensive experience at PTC1 and his consistent record of outstanding performance. They also expressed confidence that, in his new role, he will continue to leverage his expertise to successfully fulfill his assigned responsibilities.

In his remarks, Mr. Hoang Xuan Khoi affirmed his commitment to strictly follow the direction of the Chairman, the Board of Directors, and the assignments of the General Director of EVNNPT. He pledged to foster unity within the leadership team, demonstrate dynamism and creativity, and devote his utmost efforts to working with EVNNPT and its units to successfully accomplish all assigned tasks and plans.
