Regarding investment and construction activities, the EVNCPC leadership said that during the 2026 - 2030 period, the Corporation is implementing 21 110kV power grid projects, including 11 projects involving new construction and increasing the capacity of substations; along with 10 transmission line projects. Of these, eight projects are expected to be completed and energized in 2026. These projects will help enhance power supply capacity, meet the requirements for socio-economic development, attract investment, and support urban development in Da Nang City.
To accelerate project implementation, EVNCPC proposed that the city’s People’s Committee continue directing relevant departments, sectors, and local authorities to coordinate in resolving site clearance issues; support the completion of route alignment agreement procedures for projects passing through multiple communes and wards; and promptly approve investment policies in accordance with Resolution No. 253/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly and Decree No. 272/2026/ND-CP issued by the Government on July 4, 2026, which provides detailed regulations on mechanisms and policies for national energy development and procedures for approving investors of power grid projects for the 2026 - 2030 period for projects submitted by EVNCPC.

EVNCPC also proposed that the city consider allocating funding for the relocation of power grid facilities to facilitate transport projects, and provide coordinated power supply infrastructure for new residential and resettlement areas. For economic zones and industrial parks with high electricity demand, EVNCPC proposed being involved from the planning and investment preparation stages so that it can proactively develop coordinated power supply plans integrating the distribution and transmission grids.
The meeting reached agreement on a number of important matters aimed at strengthening coordination between EVNCPC and the Da Nang City People’s Committee in investing in and developing the city’s power infrastructure, resolving bottlenecks related to administrative procedures and site clearance, and contributing to a safe and reliable power supply to meet the city’s requirements for rapid and sustainable development in the coming period.
