Creating favorable conditions for contractors to implement the project

The Lao Cai - Vinh Yen 500kV transmission line is one of the national key projects, playing a very important role in the socio-economic development of the country in general and the Northern provinces in particular.

In order for the project to be invested in accordance with regulations, achieve high quality, be completed on schedule and promote investment efficiency, I request the investor, Power Project Management Board 1, to closely coordinate with departments and agencies of Yen Bai province, and local authorities in resolving related issues.

Requesting the Party committees, local authorities, and organizations of Luc Yen and Yen Binh districts, and communes and towns within the project area to focus on implementing well, maintaining the tradition of being a bright spot, a leading flag in site clearance; actively communicating with the people about the significance and meaning of the project, creating consensus and high support from the people. At the same time, creating favorable conditions for the contractors to implement the project; being responsible for ensuring good security and order in the project implementation area, etc.

I believe that with responsibility and enthusiasm, along with the support and companionship of local authorities, Vietnam Electricity will promptly implement construction and complete the project on schedule, making achievements to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the 14th National Party Congress.

"Going to every alley, knocking on every door" to communicate and mobilize people

The people as well as the local government are looking forward to the construction of Lao Cai - Vinh Yen 500kV transmission line. This is a project to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels, and will also bring new development space to the locality.

In Vinh Lac commune, there are 48 households in 5 villages affected by the project. We have established a Steering Committee to carry out tasks related to communication and site clearance. At the same time, we have worked with each household so that they understand and agree with the project. Up to now, the households have reached a very high consensus.

During the upcoming construction process, there will certainly be related issues such as: accommodation and food for construction workers, equipment mobilization... The local Party Committee and government will try to create all favorable living conditions for the construction workforce, coordinate with the contractors to organize the construction to ensure progress.

Ensuring to mobilize enough human resources and machinery, urgently implement the construction

Our unit is implementing package No. 4, including 51 locations from location 149 to 200, located entirely in Luc Yen district, Yen Bai. We are also somewhat worried and concerned because the project progress is urgent, with only 6 months to complete. Not to mention, around May, the weather will be rainy.

Therefore, we are aiming to complete the work as soon as possible, avoiding construction during the rainy season from June to September.

The unit's leaders have arranged and assigned 16 teams to the site to survey the route and deploy the work.

We will mobilize about 300 to 350 personnel, along with about 30 - 40 excavators and accompanying equipment, ensuring the progress of the signed contract. With the experience and capacity of Song Da 11, we will strive and be determined to bring this project to the right destination on time.

Setting the target of supplying steel towers ahead of schedule

We are honored to participate in the key project of the Lao Cai - Vinh Yen 500kV transmission line as a supplier of 17 towers, with a weight of approximately 2,000 tons of steel. Recognizing the importance of the project, Ngai Cau has arranged physical facilities; mobilized and arranged adequate personnel to carry out the project. At the same time, we have signed contracts with partners to arrange sufficient materials and keep up with the schedule of this project.
