From 1 June, EVNCPC to provide door-to-door customer services upon request

Mr. Le Van Tuong – Deputy Director of Contact Center of Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC) said that from 1st June 2016, customers in the Central and Highland area will be provided with door-to-door services such as performing new power connection, removing electricity meters, changing customer’s information, etc.

In order to maximally create favorable conditions to customers, EVNCPC has provided online registration for some power services via website: www.cskh.cpc.vn, or via e-mail: cskh@cpc.vn, or via the hotline 19001909.

When customers send inquiries on power services, telephonists of EVNCPC Contact Center will consult and instruct customers to prepare for necessary procedures and at the same time transfer such inquiries to power utility units. Right after that, the units will assign an on-site employee to perform the service following customers’ inquiries.

Mr. Le Van Tuong asserted that the provision of online registration and door-to-door services is an innovation in the business activities by EVNCPC so as to best serve its customers in the Central and Highland region.
