The project "Tan Phu Trung 110kV transformer station and connection lines" has a total investment of nearly VND 221 billion, located in Tan Phu Trung Industrial Park, Cu Chi district. The project consists of a new scale of building Tan Phu Trung 110kV substation, including two 115/23/11kV transformers with a capacity of 63/63/21MVA, connected to the overhead line and 110kV underground cable.

The Tan Phu Trung 110kV substation is invested in modern mode, meeting the criteria of Vietnam Electricity on digital, unmanned, remote-controlled substations.
Digital substation is the latest and most advanced technology today, helping to optimize equipment operation, increase power supply reliability, and reduce maintenance costs thanks to smart systems that analyze data and provide repair and maintenance recommendations. In addition, the digital station also helps to reduce the number of cables, reduce the size of the cable ditch, reduce the size of the equipment, thereby reducing the area of the station, contributing to optimizing the construction time, investment amount, operation, and maintenance costs.
Expected to be energized in the third quarter of 2022, the project will ensure the power supply infrastructure for Tan Phu Trung industrial park (Cu Chi district) and contribute to attracting more investment and promoting the economic development of the city.
