The contest is aimed at (i) Improving professional and technical knowledge and professional practice, building industrial lifestyle and labor discipline for the workforce working directly at EVN's units; (ii) Creating conditions for the talented workforce to demonstrate their professional theoretical and practical skills, exchange knowledge and experience between units; (iii) Assessing the quality of the direct workforce as a basis for training, fostering and coaching to improve labor quality and promote the production labor movement to achieve productivity, quality, efficiency and safety; (iv) Honoring collectives and individuals with good qualifications and skills.
Practical contest of professional operation management of transmission lines
This year, besides the transmission lines and substations operation manager, the contest content also added the "UAV Controller in Transmission Grid Management and Operation". This is a new occupational skill, in line with the digital transformation trend, applying technology in operation management and should be maintained in the future.
During the 02 days of the Contest, all the contestants made their best efforts to demonstrate their skills, knowledge and experience in the operation management of plants and the operation management of transmission grids. To summarize, 57/71 contestants achieved high results in the Contest and were recognized as the Excellent Worker/Excellent Head of Shift at the EVN level in 2022.
Regarding collective achievements:
• First prize of the whole group: Power Transmission Company 1.
• Second prize of the whole group: Power Transmission Company 3.
• Third prize for the whole group: Power Transmission Company 2.
Next, the Excellent Worker Contest of the Power Dispatch and Distribution section will be held in Quang Ninh province from October 13-14, 2022.
