In accordance with the policies and guidelines of the Party and the Government, and the relevant legal documents on green development, efficient resource utilization, and the circular economy (related documents are summarized in the attached Appendix), EVN requires its units to research and implement several key tasks.

Based on their assigned functions and tasks, the units proactively review their production, business, and construction investment activities to gradually apply the principles of circular economy and green growth, focusing on: improving the efficiency of resource, energy, and raw material use; extending the lifespan of equipment and materials through repair, upgrading, and reuse solutions; limiting waste generation and promoting reuse, recycling, and energy recovery solutions in accordance with the law.

Simultaneously, it is necessary to strengthen the application of science and technology, digital transformation, and innovation to improve operational management efficiency, optimize asset lifecycles, reduce production and business costs, and minimize environmental impact throughout the entire power generation, transmission, and distribution chain.

Some key tasks:

- Review and evaluate the application of circular economy and green growth in the unit's operations.

- Promote the adoption of circular economy solutions in all sectors of operation.

- Strengthen waste management and efficient resource utilization.

- Research, propose, and scale up circular economy models.

- Strengthen training, communication, and awareness-raising on circular economy and green growth.
