In Ham Yen district, the Youth Union repaired and replaced lighting systems for 22 classrooms in 5 schools of Yen Lam Primary School and 12 policy households, poor households, and households in difficult circumstances; Installed 40 sets of solar lights on 2 rural roads; Donated 50 warm winter blankets to students, etc. The total implementation cost is more than VND 130 million.

In Na Hang district, Youth Union organizations implemented the project "Lighting up the countryside" in Da Vi commune, with 10 solar lights on a 400m long road, with a total cost of nearly VND 20 million. In Son Duong district, 20 light bulbs were installed on an 800m long road in Dong Loi commune and gifts were given to 10 families having contributions to the revolution and families in difficult circumstances with a total value of VND 40 million.
