In the first six months of 2026, EVNSPC basically fulfilled its planned targets and tasks, ensuring a safe and stable power supply to support socio-economic development and people's daily lives across its service area.

Amid continuously rising electricity demand, particularly in industrial parks and key economic regions, the power system was operated stably. Commercial electricity sales reached 36.88 billion kWh.

EVNSPC also achieved positive results in many performance indicators. The rate of non-cash payments remained at 100%. Power losses were maintained at 3.47%, lower than the operational target, while the power supply reliability indices (SAIDI, SAIFI and MAIFI) all performed better than the targets assigned by EVN.

Investment and construction remained a highlight during the first six months of the year. During the period, EVNSPC commenced 32 projects and energized 53 projects at the 110kV level, helping strengthen grid interconnections, reduce heavy loading conditions, and improve power supply capacity for rapidly developing areas. Notably, the Corporation completed and energized 51 projects in celebration of the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (30 April 1975 – 30 April 2026).

Regarding the tasks for the remaining six months of the year, the Corporation's leadership requested all units to continue ensuring a safe, stable and continuous power supply to support socio-economic development and people's daily lives; proactively develop appropriate operating plans in line with changes in power sources and demand; improve power supply reliability; reduce power losses; and be prepared with response plans for natural disasters, storms and other unexpected situations.

The Corporation's leadership emphasized the need to give the highest priority to investment and construction, maintain the determination and momentum achieved in the first six months of the year, and accelerate investment preparation, project commencement, construction, energization and disbursement in accordance with the plan. The units were requested to strengthen site inspections, promptly resolve difficulties facing each project, closely coordinate with local authorities on site clearance, complete investment procedures, and proactively work with credit institutions to secure funding.

At the same time, the units were instructed to continue improving production and business efficiency as well as customer service quality. The Corporation's leadership also requested them to promote digital transformation, improve corporate governance, strengthen financial and risk management, uphold the responsibility of leaders, maintain discipline and solidarity, and strive to fully accomplish the 2026 annual targets.
