Accordingly, in 2024, there will be 239 key energy-using establishments in Hanoi.

Hanoi People's Committee requests key energy-using establishments to be responsible for fully implementing the provisions of the Law on Economical and Efficient Use of Energy, Decree No. 21/2011/ND-CP dated March 29, 2011, of the Government specifying and implementing measures for the Law on Economical and Efficient Use of Energy and other relevant legal documents.

The Department of Industry and Trade shall preside over and coordinate with relevant departments, branches, sectors and localities to organize the management of energy use activities of key energy-using establishments in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Economical and Efficient Use of Energy, Decree No. 21/2011/ND-CP dated March 29, 2011, of the Government and relevant amendments and supplements.
