The Conference to review 2025 performance and deploy the 2026 work plan of EVNICT was held on the morning of December 31 in Hanoi.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Khiem, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of EVNICT, stated that EVNICT successfully fulfilled all objectives, targets, and assigned tasks in 2025.

Regarding the fulfillment of political and core tasks, the Company surpassed targets in managing and operating the dedicated information technology and telecommunications systems. In 2025, the dedicated telecommunications system achieved stability and continuity of over 99.99%. The Company also successfully completed key tasks assigned by EVN in 2025, many of which were delivered on an accelerated schedule with outstanding quality, such as adjusting 26 software systems in line with administrative boundary reorganization, developing the shared EVN customer service application.
At the same time, EVNICT implemented nine digital transformation tasks for the 2025–2030 period and carried out 47 investment and construction projects according to the assigned plan.

Notably, in 2025, EVNICT received several prestigious awards, including the Sao Khue Award, Top 10 Outstanding Digital Technology Enterprises in Vietnam, and the Vietnam Digital Transformation Award 2025.

For 2026, EVN Vice President Ngo Son Hai required that EVNICT continue to effectively carry out tasks assigned by EVN and implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation.

Regarding the EVN Customer Care Application, Mr. Ngo Son Hai required the Company to further develop the app with a customer-centric approach, ensuring synchronized and interoperable deployment with the systems of the five power corporations, thereby enhancing efficiency, convenience, and customer experience.
