The promotion of technology application by EVN contributes significantly to the increase of getting electricity indicator by 32 levels over the previous year, breaking up to 64th / 190 countries and economies according to the Doing Business of the World Bank. Thereby, the business environment of Vietnam is improved very strongly. This is a remarkable achievement of the power industry.
EVN has also become a typical example for other industries on provision of online services. I hope, together with the power industry, other industries and service sectors will make online services available in the future.

Specifically, the satisfaction rate for power supply services reached 69%. Among infrastructure services, electricity was only lower than telephone services (77%), much higher than clean water supply service (63%), internet service (57%), quality of roads, bridges (42%), etc.
It can be said objectively that the after – sale service quality of the power sector has been impressively improved over the past few years. The establishment of customer care centers is a very proper step not only to help solve customers’ requests but also to create an information channel helping EVN better understand their customers to better serve them, and this is an online customer service channel.
