The Conference on Development Strategy of National Power Transmission Corporation until 2025, with a vision to 2040 held on December 26, 2017 in Hanoi
To achieve this target, EVNNPT has been developing solutions with specific implementation plans for each stage of development such as: development investment; operation management; science and technology application; organizational structure and human resource development; capital mobilization as well as environmental protection and combating climate change, etc. In parallel, communication, public relation and international relation are also paid special attention to by EVNNPT.
At present, EVNNPT is concentrating on implementing the main targets such as building a synchronous and modern national power transmission system; securing a safe, uninterrupted and stable power transmission to serve the economy, socio – political tasks, security – national defense and the Vietnamese electricity market.
The Corporation also focuses on developing a professional and highly effective organizational model and corporate governance, taking part in and preparing necessary conditions for meeting different levels of the electricity market.
According to the Project, EVNNPT will become one of the four leading transmission organizations in ASEAN region by 2020, one of the leading power transmission organizations in the top 10 Asian countries by 2025, and become one of the advanced transmission corporations in the world by 2030.
The Project on Development Strategy of EVNNPT until 2025, with a vision to 2040 has been developed by the Institute of Energy (MOIT).
